BORESCOPE MASTERCLASS
NGC’s Borescope Masterclass is a two-day course that teaches participants the knowledge and skills needed to utilize a borescope effectively when troubleshooting gearboxes. Interactive discussions and hands-on exercises guide students through the configuration and deployment of borescope equipment to assess common gearbox concerns. The students’ knowledge and skills are tested and reinforced by working through real-world scenarios. Upon completion, NGC will present each student with a Certificate of Competency.

FDMD UP-TOWER REPAIR MASTERCLASS
NGC’s FDMD Up-tower Repair Masterclass is a three-and-a-half-day course that teaches participants the knowledge and skills needed to perform challenging up-tower repairs on the FDMD gearbox. Interactive discussions and hands-on exercises guide students through the process of performing high-speed, intermediate-speed, and pitch tube-associated repairs for the FDMD gearbox. The students’ knowledge and skills are tested and reinforced by working through real-world scenarios. Upon completion, NGC will present each student with a Certificate of Competency.

NGC’s FDM2 Up-tower Repair Masterclass is a three-and-a-half-day course that teaches participants the knowledge and skills needed to perform challenging up-tower repairs on the FDM2 gearbox. Interactive discussions and hands-on exercises guide students through the process of performing high-speed, intermediate-speed, and pitch tube-associated repairs for the FDM R8+ & FDMX gearbox. The students’ knowledge and skills are tested and reinforced by working through real-world scenarios. Upon completion, NGC will present each student with a Certificate of Competency.
