NGC manufactures both serial-produced and fully-custom gearboxes for multi-megawatt wind applications installed onshore and offshore.
Each gearbox design is precisely calculated based on real-world operating conditions and installed load spectrums to ensure optimized torque density, capacity, efficiency, and reliability.
In addition, performance tests, including an accelerated life test (HALT) and low-temperature test (CCV), are performed to further simulate the actual operating conditions.
