Extruder & Calendar
NGC’s extruder & calendar utilizes the integrated motor and gearbox design: the drive motor at the upper side of the gearbox, power transmits to the gearbox through a belt. The speed is regulated via diameter of the belt wheels.
Four gearboxes are respectively driven by the motor. The two-stage parallel axis gears are driven by the bevel gears that reduces the speed and changes the direction, and then the rotator shafts are driven by the hollow output shafts. The gearbox is characterized by compact design, optimal size, flexible connection and is easy to install.
Internal mixers provide high-precision, heavy-load hardened gearbox matched with a closed rubber mixing machine (“internal mixer”). The gearbox utilizes parallel cylindrical gears that are connected to an input shaft, motor and coupling. After reduced speeds, the output shafts transmit the power to drive the rotator to mix rubber.
Open Type Mixing Mills
Gearboxes for open-type mixing mills provide high-precision heavy-load hardened gearboxes matched with the open rubber mixing mill (open mixer). The gearbox utilizes parallel cylindrical gears that are connected to an input shaft, motor and coupling. After reduced speeds, the output shafts transmit the power to drive the rotator to mix rubber.
Single Screw Extruder
NGC’s gearboxes for single screw extruders are designed for the tetra-extruder, the tri-extruder, the dual extruder and the single extruder. These are mainly used in the rubber and plastic industry, and adopted as the device for transmitting power for extruding plastic.
The gearboxes for single screw extruders utilize the parallel cylindrical gears, which are driven by the motor. The screw and the speed ratio of the gear are driven through splines and feeding gear to finish the processes of feeding and extruding.
