Looking for a way to make borescope reports easier and more consistent?

One of the tips we teach in our Borescope Masterclass is to use a preprinted worksheet to standardize the discovery process and make the photos easy to identify.

Using a worksheet like the one below, the technician takes a photo of the label and then of the corresponding component. They repeat this process until all components have been photographed. We recommend exporting all of the photos to a single USB stick.

Following this process creates a natural order that allows the viewer to quickly scroll through the images and identify which component they’re viewing. Label –> Photos, Label –> Photos, etc.
